Home Ownership Assistance for Defence Force members & families

The Defence Home Ownership Assistance Scheme aims to assist current and former Australian Defence Force (ADF) members and their families in attaining home ownership.

Feel Good Financial Services is accredited to provide DHOAS loans through the Australian Military Bank (AMB).

The Australian Military Bank is one of only three DHOAS providers and currently the only one accessible to Brokers.

DHOAS loans allow eligible Defence members to receive a monthly subsidy. For full DHOAS eligibility criteria visit dhoas.gov.au or call 1300 434 627.
