We had previously used Ellen from Feel Good Financial Services for an investment loan and she was amazing so we figured there was no better person to choose for this loan that we have just applied for.

Over the past 18 months, we have been in regular contact with Ellen - roughly every two months - to gain an understanding of what our borrowing capacity was in this ever changing environment. Not only was Ellen receptive to our constant emails and catch ups, she was more than willing to give us an honest and realistic answer in regards to our best options financially.

We ended up purchasing a block of land instead of a home, as this was more suitable to our financial and personal circumstances. Once we had submitted our offer, Ellen gave us a few different options that aligned with our goals and was more than happy to work until 8pm to ensure that our application was submitted as soon as possible.

We cannot wait to contact Ellen again to be able to start the process of our construction loan once we are ready, as we know she is going to do another amazing job.
