Ellen Thornthwaite, a dedicated finance broker with a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, founded Feel Good Financial Services in 2018.

Ellen's journey began when she left her career in the banking industry to pursue her true passion for helping others and giving back to the community. This passion led to the creation of the Feel Good Philosophy, which underpins our commitment to making a positive impact while delivering exceptional financial brokerage services to clients across Australia.

Ellen's dedication extends beyond her professional life. As a Navy wife and mother, she understands the unique challenges faced by Defence members and their families. She's also a staunch advocate for environmental sustainability in business, strongly aligning with her values. Her achievements have not gone unnoticed, with recognition as a finalist in various prestigious awards, including the 2019 Shoalhaven Business Awards (Outstanding Young Entrepreneur category), 2022 Shoalhaven Business Chamber Awards (Excellence in Micro Business and Excellence in Inclusion categories), and the 2022 and 2023 MFAA State Excellence Awards (Young Professional category).
